    I needed to send in a recorder to be repaired. Impossible to get thru to a real person on the phone for less than 20 minutes, most times much more. The first rep I talked to said I needed to have him email me a shipping label (would not give out an address). The email came, but no link to a shipping label. Over the next 2 weeks I spent hours and hours attempting to phone back. Yesterday I actually got thru (to 2 different countries) and each rep said they would send me the email with the shipping label. Never happened. More...
